Within the dairy industry, there are seven recognized breeds of dairy cattle: Holstein, Jersey, Brown Swiss, Guernsey, Ayrshire, Milking Shorthorn, and Red & White.

Here at our dairy, almost all of these breeds are represented. One of our favorite sayings is, “We don’t discriminate based on breed!” Our goal is simple—milk great cows that produce even better milk.

While our herd is predominantly Holstein and Brown Swiss, our bulk tank also includes milk from several other breeds. Each one brings something special to the table, contributing to the quality, flavor, and character of our milk.
